Service light remains on even after arming and disarming the system. So I grabbed my trusty User Manual and began that process. Then I knew I had to reset the date and time.
So I turned off the system at the power point, installed the replacement battery and powered the system back up. I had the Power light flashing which indicated a battery change was required. Hi Folks it's been a while since I posted here as my home alarm system has been working flawlessly since changing the backup battery in 2014.
